October PS Plus Free Games Reveal Time
Sony will reveal the October 2022 Essential Tier PS Plus free games on Wednesday, September 28 at 8:30 a.m. PDT / 11:30 a.m. EDT / 4:30 a.m. BST.
Fans are expecting three titles to be unveiled, although there’s no way to predict what they might be at this time. Surprises are always possible, and there will be another announcement about what’s next on PlayStation Premium.
It’s now the most expensive tier offered by Sony for its subscription plan, which has merged with PlayStation Now and is updated monthly to include new titles for its download library. However, while new games are coming and some will also be leaving the service, those games won’t arrive until the middle of next month.
Are there any confirmed Playstation Plus games?
While there haven’t been any major leaks regarding what’s next on PlayStation Plus, we do know what’s set to leave the service next month.
Sony has shared that Red Dead Redemption and RDR: Undead Nightmare will disappear from the digital library on October 17. Both of these Rockstar Games titles join Red Dead Redemption 2 as they are no longer available as part of the PS Plus Premium experience.

Premium is currently priced at $17.99 per month / $49.99 per quarter / $119.99 per year in the US and £13.49 per month / £39.99 per quarter / 99, £99 per year in the UK.
