September 2022 PS Plus Free Games Premium Refresh Explained

The next free PS Plus games are coming to Premium tier subscribers this week as part of the latest PS4 and PS5 refresh.
Released as part of a major PlayStation Store update, these new titles will bolster the existing library which already includes classics from the PS1, PSP, PS2 and PS3 eras.
And it won’t be long before fans get a chance to get into something a little different on PlayStation consoles over the next few months.

New premium PS Plus games of September 2022
Sony has confirmed that the new September 2022 PS Plus Premium games will be released on Tuesday, September 20, 2022.
This update will launch on the PS Store for all members with a higher subscription, with no shared end date for added titles. However, it should be noted that while 11 games will be added to the service, some of them will be next-gen exclusives and will not be available on PS4 consoles.
PS5 titles confirmed for September 20 include Deathloop, with all others offering a PS4 or next-gen version to download and play.
And all the games released this week will join the Essential titles, which will remain available until October 4. A Colorful Tale, Monster Energy Supercross 5, Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX, Rabbids Invasion: The Interactive TV Show, Rayman Legends and Scott Pilgrim vs The World: The Game – Complete Edition.
There will also be a list of new classic games coming to Premium, including the following titles:
Siphon Filter 2 on PS1
Agency agents Gabe Logan and Lian Xing discover that a plot to sell the deadly siphon filter virus originates from their own organization.
The Sneaky Collection on PS3
The Sly Collection features a trio of stealth action adventures in the form of the original Sly Cooper, Sly 2: Band of Thieves and Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves.
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time on PS3
The pages of the Thievius Raccoonus disappear and now Sly and The Gang must come together to save the Cooper Clan’s legacy from being destroyed forever.
Bentley Hackpack on PS3
Featuring three of Sly Cooper Thieves in Time’s retro-inspired arcade minigames, Bentley’s Hackpack introduces 20 extra levels and 100 challenges for each game.
Toy Story 3 on PSP
Help Buzz, Woody and the rest of the toys make sure no toys are left behind and enjoy the mini-games in this adventure originally released on PSP.
Kingdom of Paradise on PSP
Embark on an epic action-RPG as an outcast swordsman, one of the last of his clan, must uncover once-lost secrets and restore harmony to the land.
